Sensitivity and redness often emerge around hormonal milestones - puberty, post birth and menopause. It can be particularly distressing during menopause that on top of all the other physical, mental and emotional changes, the skin can also change suddenly becoming far more sensitive than previously. We developed a beautiful ritual to help calm the redness and promote healthy, glowing skin. It starts with a cleanser, we love the Cleansing Multi Mask, simply apply a little to the skin, hop in the shower, wash your body and finally rinse off the mask. Follow it with Rose Aromatic Water or Isle Mist and whilst the skin is still damp, apply a little of the Unblushing Cream. If you feel you need something a little more protective, the Wild Beauty Balm is another option.
