About Wild Eve

At Wild Eve, we are therapeutic plant workers, weaving magic into every drop. We’ve made this landscape our larder, it’s a treasure trove of carefully chosen botaanicals, from the petals of two hundred roses blooming on our organic croft in Harris to the gems of the sea and machair meadow.

Years in the making, Wild Eve was born from a desire to create a drink that elevates the mood without a drop of alcohol, showcasing the versatility and sustainability of plants from our island home. Our creations are complex, the scent and flavour combinations are exceptional, with top notes of an initial burst of citrus, heart notes that offer complex florals and herbs, and base notes that utilise bitters and smoked chillis to leave a lingering, satisfying taste.

Our journey married scent with taste, discovering how classic perfume theory could unlock the full potential of taste. It led us to explore the rugged landscapes of Harris, unearthing unique ingredients that harmoniously combine to create something utterly distinctive. Wild Eve isn't just about indulging the palate; it's also about caring for the mind. Our wellness drink contains adaptogenic and nervine herbs: Ashwagandha, Milky Oat Tops, and Chamomile to enhance the mood, calm the nervous system, soothe the spirit and invite peace.
