Bath Salts

Bath Salts are much misunderstood, generally not thought of as a medicinal product, in fact, with the right combination of salts and oils they are a wonderful addition to an evening routine to ease the aches and pains of the day and invite sleep. 

In our Bath Salts we use a mix of salts - beautiful pink Himalayan and Atlantic Ocean salt with added Epsom Salts to replenish Magnesium in the body, which in turns helps in the production of serotonin which boosts the mood and aids relaxation. They are scented with the sensual warm earthy notes of Sandalwood, light Patchouli, Grapefruit and a tiny hint of Lavender to calm the mind before bed.

How to use

Sprinkle into the bath, stir and relax
