This little pot of goodness is capable of small miracles. The homeopathic remedies and essential oils held in the balm will immediately soothe discomfort and distress. We chose Ledum to help with the small puncture wounds of bites and stings that occur so often in the summer months when insects are out in numbers. Apis will reduce swelling and alleviates the pain of stings, insect bites, hives and other irritants especially if the area is red, swollen and stinging. Caladium will reduce itching. Hypericum will promote skin healing and along with Natrum muriaticum helps with upset following injury and stress. 

We put in both Rosemary and Thyme, grown here in Harris. They are anti-microbial and anti-septic. Rosemary offers its fragrant, woodsy, piney scent and Thyme a delicately balsamic, penetrating fragrance. The familiar comfort of lavender with its fresh, floral top note and herby base note is a wonderful anti-inflammatory, antiseptic ingredient chosen to promote rapid healing. Bite and Sting will soothe throughout the year.
