Refund policy

If something’s not quite right, email us at hello@asapoth.com within 14 days and we’ll help.

We can only take back products that are unopened and unused (for hygiene reasons).

You’ll need to arrange return shipping — a £5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return arrives with us, we’ll process your refund within 3 working days.

If your order is damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.

International Return Policy

At this time we do not accept international returns, but please get in contact with us to resolve any issues you have.
