Return Policy

If something’s not quite right, email us at hello@asapoth.com within 14 days and we’ll help.

• We can only take back products that are unopened and unused (for hygiene reasons).

• You’ll need to arrange return shipping — a £5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Once your return arrives with us, we’ll process your refund within 3 working days.

If your order is damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
