This balm contains Herbs, Remedies and targeted Essential Oils all to offer rapid relief from the shock of injury, the inflammation, bruising and pain.

It contains Bellis - the common Daisy which is brilliant for deep bruising, muscle pain, wounds and it has pain reducing properties, Turmeric for its wound healing and huge anti-inflammatory action, Taraxacum - the much misunderstood Dandelion, which is such a fantastic plant for inflammation, Calendula for its wound healing, bruise reducing, scar avoiding and infection preventing properties. Then Homeopathic Arnica for rapid relief of shock and inflammation, Aconite for the acute distress of injury, Hypericum for nerve damage. Essential oils of Frankincense for rapid wound healing, Lavender for calming the mind and Rose Geranium to rapidly reduce inflammation.
How to use
Apply a small amount to the affected area, massage in gently. Reapply as needed.

I dropped something heavy on my foot, causing many grazes. I could see the bruising start to develop so I applied Bump & Bash straight away.
It's truly amazing - not only did the swelling go down but the bruising didn't materialise. Also, the grazes healed quickly and there was no pain in the area. A little goes a long way and its smells wonderful.
This is a small pot of magic which I will keep close by for future use.
