Bergamot will lift the spirits with its inviting, sweet and spicy, floral scent and offer its anti-septic properties. Gentle Chamomile calms anxiety, heals the skin and restores emotional balance. Its soothing scent is sweet, apple-like and herbaceous and a quiet balance to the fragrant, earthy rootiness and almost-citrus freshness of calming Vetiver.
Ambra grisea is wonderful for profound anxiety, for those moments when we feel thin skinned, despairing or a bit sad. We chose Argentum nitricum to restore balance and clarity and alleviate anticipatory anxiety. How to use
For low level anxiety, apply to pulse points and temples. For acute episodes, apply a little to the palms, rub together, cup over nose and mouth gently and then breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
