How to use

For low level anxiety, apply to pulse points and temples.

For acute episodes, apply a little to the palms, rub together, cup over nose and mouth gently and then breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Active Ingredients

Gentle Chamomile calms anxiety, heals the skin and restores emotional balance. Its soothing scent is sweet, apple-like and herbaceous and a quiet balance to the fragrant, earthy rootiness and almost-citrus freshness of calming Vetiver

Madagascan Vanilla has such a comforting, familiar scent. Like the Sweet Majoram, grown and distilled in Cyprus, it is deeply calming and will relieve anxiety and stress. Bergamot will lift the spirits with its inviting, sweet and spicy, floral scent and offer its anti-septic properties.

Remedies

Ambra grisea is wonderful for profound anxiety, for those moments when we feel thin skinned, despairing or a bit sad.

We chose Argentum nitricum to restore balance and clarity and alleviate anticipatory anxiety.

Aconitum napellus alleviates panic, tension and hypersensitivity and Gelsemium will combat the weakness that often arrives with anxiety. #12 offers its calmative presence through the trials of every day life and moments of panic and anxiety.
