A lovely ointment which I'm using to ease a few aches and pains.
Nice size for keeping in purse and potent when used. A staple
so far very happy, the winter is the time I will use it most. so lovely to find something natural without chemicals
We have been using Flex and Extend for a few weeks following our visit to AS Apothecary in Harris. Although not a cure, and does not profess to be, it has helped to relieve some of the pain and symptoms my husband and I have with joints and muscles through years of overuse in our sporty younger days.
