The Ritual

First the Cocoa

About an hour before bed, put a little over a heaped teaspoon of the Ritual Cacao in a pan (don’t make it in a cup, it’s not as nice) pour over your milk of choice and heat. Whisk the Cacao until dissolved. Strain if you prefer not to have bits of petals. Pour into a cup, sip slowly and relax.

Run the bath

and sprinkle about 4-6 scoops of the Sleep Salts into the water, stir todissolve, slide in and relax, breathe in the calming scent and leave the day behind.If you don’t have a bath you can create a soothing soak for your feet in a bowl.

Apply the cream

massage about a pea sized amount per foot of the Serene Sleep into the soles of your feet and calves too if your legs tend to be restless. Take the time to massage it thoroughly and then feel your mind quieten, inviting sleep.If you wake in the night, don’t worry you’ll soon fall back to sleep again.

Change rarely happens overnight, it can take a week or so to adapt to this newroutine, but stick with it and you’ll soon feel the benefit. Sometimes you may not want to use all three products, this is fine, it’s designed for you to experiment to get the ritual that’s just right for you.
