Ecuadorian Ceremonial Cacao is hand picked, fermented, very lightly low heat roasted and ground in a stone mill offering an incredible floral, fruity profile, calm energy and a hearty dose of stress relieving compounds. The Mushrooms work with the Cacao to enhance its action whilst our Harris florals offer a quiet, peaceful mind.

How to Make

About an hour before bed, put a little over a heaped teaspoon of the Ritual Cacao in a pan (don’t make it in a cup, it’s not as nice) pour over your milk of choice and heat. Whisk the Cacao until dissolved.

Strain if you prefer not to have bits of petals. Pour into a cup, sip slowly and relax.
