For Summer and Skin, we created a balm to enhance days spent in fresh air and sunshine. We chose Lavender and Rose Geranium, both grown in Harris - Lavender for its calming, anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties and Rose Geranium as an analgesic and anti-bacterial presence. They are a clean, healing combination. Our Lavender, fresh, herby and floral blends beautifully with the rose-soft lemony, green scent of Rose Geranium.
Urtica urens will relieve prickly heat, rashes and soothe house-hold burns.
Cantharis is wonderfully calming for scalds and sunburn. To help with falls and wounds and to speed up skin regeneration, we put in Calendula, another great anti-septic. Hypericum will also encourage the skin to heal without scarring. It’s well known by its herbal name, St. John's Wort, for its capacity to help with emotional nervousness, depression and irritability following injury, stress or shock.
How to use
Apply liberally to affected skin for rapid relief. Reapply as necessary.

I recently got more than “sun-kissed “ and Summer&skin really made a difference for my skin. It calmed it down and nourished it, my skin didn’t peel afterwards as it normally would either.
