We are often asked about which herbs aid digestion, and soothe the gut so we made a tea. This has 4 different Mints which are wonderfully flavourful and great for post eating bloating and discomfort. Fennel seeds help with flatulence, Lemon verbena add both a gorgeous fresh lemon sherbet note and is great as an antispamodic easing cramps and pain. Finally we added our Marshmallow root which releases a gel like substance that lines the GI tract offering a gentle protection. All in all, it's a great tasting, effective tea.
How to use
Simply add a couple of good pinches to a small teapot and leave to infuse for minutes.

Love this whole leaf tea, you can taste the quality and freshness. Very calming after dinner as a soothing drink before bed. It’s not been long enough yet to see if this helps as a digestive aid.
