We live such a fast paced life, often stressed, over-adrenalised and running on empty, it is a recipe for exhaustion and burnout, so in response, we made a tincture which is very special. The Heartease Tincture is made with Rose petals and Hawthorn leaves, berries and flowers all picked when they were at their seasonal best for optimal vitality.  Roses have long been used for depression and inflammation, they are wonderfully uplifting. Hawthorn is the tree with an affinity for circulation and it is also wonderful for anxiety.

To these plants we added Homeopathic remedies - Oak, Lotus and Rose Quartz, all are key remedies used to offer strength and emotional support. Lotus is known as the emotional Arnica and is particularly welcome when life feels impossibly tough.

Finally I added a Bush Flower Essence - Confid which helps to face the world with confidence and a Findhorn Essence - Go with the Flow to ease the passage of the days.

Then, when I had mixed it all together, I took it out onto the highest point of our croft, and left it to bathe in the light of the full moon and the ozone of the sea. It is a potent tincture for opening the heart, feeling the love and inviting in the feminine divine.
