Menopause Bundle

This is a selection of products to support you both physically and emotionally as you make the journey through the Menopause towards becoming the Wise Woman that you are. 

The Menopause Tincture has a beautiful base of our organically grown Roses to cool the body and elevate the mood. To this we have added a range of remedies and essences that we hope will offer relief from anxiety, restless sleep and hot flushes. Just sip 10 drops in a little water morning or night. 25mls at 40% ABV

For the skin, we recommend the Isle Mist to calm, soothe and profoundly hydrate followed, whilst the skin is still a little damp, by the Unblushing Cream which reduces redness, beautifully conditions and moisturises the skin. 50ml and 30ml respectively.

Finally there's the Wildflower Tea enriched with Sage and Red Clover to calm hot flushes and invite peace. 20g
