Our Hebridean Blend is our own recipe, roasted by us here in Harris, comprising Ethiopian, Brazilian, El Salvadorean, Peruvian and Columbian speciality beans. It is is smooth, rich and full of flavour as good with milk as without. We taste chocolate and the most beautiful berry rich fruity floral notes. It’s a beauty as an espresso with a gorgeous crema but also wonderfully rich, sweet and creamy with milk.

Perfume Theory

Our award winning Seasonal Espresso is created using perfume theory to make a rich, smooth, multi layered, complex taste. Citrus top notes, a floral and fruity heart and a chocolatey, nutty base. Delicious with and without milk.
