Magnesium Chloride to regulate GABA and Melatonin neurotransmitters, to ease tension in the mind, relax the muscles and create the best conditions for restful sleep
Homeopathic Passiflora, Melatonin, Valerian, Avena sativa, Zinc and Mag phos to soothe the nerves, regulate sleep patterns, relax the body, calm tension held in the muscles and reduce restlessness
Vetiver, Sweet Marjoram, Vanilla, Bergamot and Blue Chamomile essential oils to ease away anxiety and stress for a peaceful sleep
If you are taking medication you may want to check with your healthcare provider that this is suitable for you
Application
To use the Cream, apply a grape sized amount of the cream on the soles of the feet and massage in well. If you have other areas of tension in the body you can apply it there too. Massage in just before bed for a peaceful, soothing sleep.
As a ritual, add the Serene Sleep Soak to either a bath or a foot spa an hour before bed, then make yourself a cup of the Ritual Cacao and then just before bed apply the Serene Sleep Cream for a restorative night's sleep

Perfect little sleep support in a jar. love it.. feels like Im loving myself to use this.
So far so good! Been using this for just over a week and it’s the first time in ages I haven’t been waking up at 4am. It seemed to take a couple of nights of use to kick in, but am thrilled with the results so far.
After a bereavement this offered some soothing . I slept deeply for the first time in nearly 10 months . The ingredients smell light ,clean and fresh .I like the mousse like texture .Thank you Amanda for your care and knowledge , the products are exceptional .
