It’s particularly well suited to peri/menopausal women with Red Clover and Sage to reduce hot flushes, Oats and Chamomile to calm the nerves and nourish the nervous system and Rose to cool the body and relax the mind.

How to use

Simply add a good pinch to a small teapot, leave to infuse for 4 minutes and then sip. The flavour develops as it steeps, so take the time to drink several small cups over 30 minutes and enjoy the change.

Lovely’s

Out of the teas, this is my favourite. I sometimes make a moment. I Use my CnGlass teapot and take time to really enjoy the tea and me time. Other times i make a quick pot and a treat. Both bring their own joy.
